I'm Lou: mum to three girls, in business for myself, and someone who's rebuilt her own midlife wellbeing after more than one burnout. I'm also navigating a new ADHD diagnosis as a perimenopausal woman in my late 40s. That lived experience is why women trust what I make: I'm not performing calm, I fought for it.
Before this, I owned a vintage business and worked as a creative in interiors. Now I'm trained in sound healing and meditation, holding space for women going through their own version of that reset, through Zen Do's across Dorset and further afield: hen parties, corporate teams, and women who've finally decided it's their turn to rest.
My camera comes with me into the retreats, spas and sound baths I attend myself, from the Jurassic Coast to the Croatian coastline. The result is content that shows, rather than tells, what a space, product or ritual actually does for a body that's tired of performing wellness for everyone else.
